Matcha is made from the shade-grown green tea plants as gyokuro (Jade Dew). The plants have been covered to prevent direct sunlight – a key process to produce darker shade of green colour tea and high amino acids content. Our ceremonial grade matcha gives so much intense sweetness and deeper flavour than the standard ones. Limited stock available in the @ms.cattea tea bar right now!
