THIS PREMIUM BLENDED OOLONG TEA HAS USED A BEAUTIFUL CHINESE OOLONG TEA ORIGINATED FROM ANXI, SOUTHERN FUJIAN. IT IS ALSO CALLED THE IRON GODDESS OF MERCY, A MILD DEGREE OF SEMI-FERMENTATION, TYPICALLY CLOSE TO A GREEN TEA, WITH ONLY A LITTLE OXIDATION. IT BEEN BLENDED WITH 100% NATURAL ORANGE OSMANTHUS FLOWER, HARVESTED FROM A VERY RARE TYPE OF OSMANTHUS TREE.

THE DRIED TEA IS IN LIGHT GREEN JADE COLOUR AND PRESENTS AS A BALL-ROLLED SHAPE. ITS ORCHID FLOWER FRAGRANCE FROM THE TEA COMBINES THE ELEGANT FRAGRANCE FROM ORANGE OSMANTHUS FLOWER, GIVES YOU A SMOOTH, REFRESHING AND DELICATE SENSATION. THE TEA LIQUID IS GOLDEN YELLOW.

Ingredient: Green oolong tea, and osmanthus blossom. No artificial flavours or colours.

WESTERN BREWING

4g per 400ml teapot, 90°c water.

2mins per infusion, up to 3 infusions.

GONG FU BREWING

5-6g per 150ml teapot/gaiwan, 90-95°c water.

20 secs for 1st infusion, add 5 secs for the next infusion, up to 8 infusions.
