True ceremonial grade matcha is bright green, creamy when whisked, and has no bitterness. Our source comes from Yame in Fukuoka prefecture, one of the top matcha-producing areas in Japan, and is sweet and smooth, rich in umami flavour.
Ingredient: 100% organic green tea powder.
BREWING METHOD:
1g (1/2 teaspoons) per 100ml, 75–80°c water, whisk the tea thoroughly till creamy.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container, avoid heat and sunlight. Enjoy this tea within two months of opening.
