Made by roasting bancha green tea, hojicha is low in caffeine but presents a strong flavour of pretzel crust and peanut shells in a sweet woody liquor with a lasting finish.
Description
Ingredient: 100% organic green tea stalk.
BREWING METHOD
4g (2 tsp) per 500ml tea pot, 95-100°c water, 1st infusion 2 mins, 2nd infusion 3 mins.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. We recommend enjoying this tea within three months of opening.
