Harvested in Fujian province, this green tea is scented by fresh and fragrant seasonal jasmine blossoms. The tea is floral and aromatic with a medium body and a delightfully sweet aftertaste.
Ingredient: High mountain 1st flush green tea, and fresh jasmine blossom.
5g per 400ml teapot, 80-85°c water, 2 mins per infusion, up to 2 infusions.
GONG FU BREWING
5g per 150ml teapot/gaiwan, 85-90°c water. 1st infusion 20 secs, add 5 secs for the next infusion, up to 5 infusions.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container/foil bag in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. Ideally enjoy the tea within 3 months of of opening.
