Taste: Hand-picked from a wild forest environment, this premium golden tip black tea (布朗金针）is made from a large leaf variety found in the Bulang Mountain area of Yunnan province. Its golden needle shape yields a fruity and floral aroma and a bright liquor in a deep orange shade.
Ingredient: 100% black tea.
WESTERN BREWING
3-4g per 400ml teapot, 90°c water.
2mins per infusion, up to 3 infusions.
GONG FU BREWING
5g per 150ml teapot/gaiwan, 90-95°c water.
20 secs for 1st infusion, add 5 secs for the next infusion, up to 6 infusions.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container/foil bag in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. The tea can last for years in good storage.
