Taste: Aroma of berry jam; strong, sweet and mildly tangy in the mouth with a refreshing citrus finish.
Ingredient: Apple bits, elderberries, beetroot bits, hibiscus, blackberries, black currants, flavour, raspberries, blackberry leaves, strawberry bits, red currants.
BREWING METHOD
4 – 5g per 400ml teapot, 90-95°c water.
2-3 mins per infusion, up to 3 infusions.
