Ingredient: Black tea, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, cloves & cardamom.
4g per 400ml teapot, 95°c water.
2-3 mins per infusion, up to 3 infusions.
Add more tea or brew it longer to enhance the strength when mixing it with milk/honey.
You can add the chai to milk and cook on a stovetop, simmer for 2-3 mins and use a strainer to remove the chai and spices.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container/foil bag in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight. The tea can last for years in good storage.
