Note: Only this special mandarin variety grown in Xinhui City can be made into Aged Mandarin Peel, also called Chen Pi. The longer the peel is aged, the better the flavour will develop and more health benefits it have. The size of each mandarin peel can be varied. Each mandarin peel has 3 pieces and it is usually weighted 9g.
Taste: Fragrance of citrus peel with gentle, soft and sweet finish. The aged mandarin peel has many healing benefits, it is especially good for our respiratory health and digestion.

BREWING METHOD
Each pack of mandarin peel comes with 3 pieces. Use one piece for 500ml teapot, 100°c water. Brew for 3-5 minutes, up to 2 infusions.
