Note: Only this special mandarin variety grown in central Xinhui City can be made into Aged Mandarin Peel, also called Chen Pi(陈皮). The longer the peel is aged, the better the flavour will develop and more health benefits it have. The size of each mandarin peel can be varied.
Each box has 4 whole of mandarin peels, each whole mandarin peel has 3 pieces. 1 piece of mandarin peel is enough to make 4 cups of tea. We recommend to break the peel in to smaller pieces for more flavour and quicker infusion.
Taste: Fragrance of citrus peel with gentle, soft and sweet finish. The aged mandarin peel has many healing benefits, it is especially good for our respiratory health and digestion.

BREWING METHOD
Each pack of mandarin peel comes with 4 whole mandarin peel, each whole mandarin peel has 3 pieces. Use one piece ( break it into smaller pieces for quicker infusion) for 500ml teapot, 100°c water. Brew for 3-5 minutes, up to 2 infusions.
