BREWING METHOD
Each pack of mandarin peel comes with 4 whole mandarin peel, each whole mandarin peel has 3 pieces. Use one piece ( break it into smaller pieces for quicker infusion) for 500ml teapot, 100°c water. Brew for 3-5 minutes, up to 2 infusions.
Note from Ms.Cattea: Store in an airtight container/foil bag in a clean and dry place, avoid heat and sunlight.
