This aromatic herbal blend has a combination of good herbs that traditionally used to help reduce stress and tension and facilitate sleep.
Ingredient: Lavender, passionflower, liquorice root, lemon balm, lemon grass, rose petal, kunlun snow daisy and imperial chrysanthemum.
BREWING METHOD
2 tea spoons for 500ml teapot, 100°c water. Brew for 2-3 minutes, up to 2 infusions.
