THE CHARMING OOLONG TASTING (20th Mar 2016)
This workshop is specifically designed for regular tea drinkers who has developed a sense of tea tasting experience and skills, however, it is also good for any tea lovers who want to learn more about Oolong tea and develop some tea knowledge.
This is definitely be an eye opener for tea lovers. You will be tasting 4 different specialty Oolong teas ranging from 20% oxidation to 85% oxidation. Each of them represents unique character, tasting sensation and style. Through these oolong tea, you will be able to experience how different tea making methods change the appearance/taste/smell of the tea, and the charms of Wuyi i Stone Tea.

The workshop will be only available to MAX 8 people in every session. We are trying to provide the best tea drinking experience and learning experience to everyone, so no one will be left out and have questions unanswered.
By the end of this session, you will have a basic understanding on Oolong tea, the Oolong tea tasting and judging skill, how oxidation happens and affects the taste of the tea. These are the essential skills for your tea journey. Please allow us to go over time if we need to since we can drink up to 6-10 infusions from each one of these limited Oolong teas!
Water, light snack and tasting notes will be provided.
