Limited Black Tea Tasting (28th Feb 2016)
This workshop is specifically designed for regular tea drinkers who has developed a sense of tea tasting experience and skills, however, it is also good for any tea lovers who want to explore the amazingness of black tea and learn more about it.
You will be tasting 4 different specialty black teas from 4 different regions of China. Each of them represents unique character and sensation and they are hand-picked by Ms.Cattea.
- Wild Lapsang Souchong
- Yin Hong No.9
- Dian Hong, also called Grand Yunnan black tea.
The workshop will be only available to MAX 8 people every session. We are trying to provide the best tea drinking experience and learning experience to everyone, so no one will be left out and have questions unanswered. By the end of this session, you will have a basic understanding on black tea, the basic black tea tasting and judging skill, how oxidation happens and affects the taste of the tea. There are the essential skills for your tea journey. Please allow us to go over time if we need to since we can drink up to 6-1o infusions from each one of these limited black teas!
Water, light snack and tasting notes will be provided.
