This premium variety of Chinese Oolong tea Iron Goddess (also called Tie Guan Yin) originated from Anxi, southern Fujian. It has a mild degree of semi-fermentation, typically close to a green tea, with only a little oxidation. The dried tea is a light green jade colour and presents as a ball-rolled shape. In particular, this variety is famous for its orchid flower fragrance along with a smooth, refreshing and delicate aroma. The tea liquid is golden yellow.

Brewing instructions: Take 1 teaspoon per cup (more for larger cups); 100°C fresh boiled spring water; 1st brew - 15s | 2nd brew - 30s | 3rd brew - 60s or more. Steep longer for stronger flavour.
